At this stage, it is essential to set up an appropriate theoretical model for the information construction of university. By studying the theory of the Enterprise Architecture and summarizing the experiences of the information construction of Tsinghua University, a theoretical model called University Architecture (UA) is proposed for the university-level information system construction at the stage of information integration. University Architecture consists of three parts: Business Architecture, Information Systems Architecture and Technology Architecture, and could provide unified planning for the overall process of information system development. 【Key words 】Enterprise Architecture; University Architecture; Business Architecture; Information Systems Architecture; Technology Architecture 《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020 年)》指出 “信息技术对教育发展具 有革命性影响”，并明确提出：推进数字化校园建设，加强优质教育资源开发与应用，加快 学校管理信息化进程，这必将对我国高校信息化产生重大而深远的影响。 我国高校信息化经历了起步发展阶段、系统集成阶段、应用集成阶段，现已进入以建设 校级统一信息系统为重要标志的信息集成阶段。在此阶段，为了更有效地实现信息系统的数 据共享、信息集成，减少系统重复建设，需要建立一套行之有效的信息系统开发架构，对信 息系统的建设进行统一规划。根据对企业架构理论的研究和清华大学信息化建设经验的总结， 本文提出了信息集成阶段高校建设统一信息系统的信息化理论模型——大学架构 (University Architecture, UA) 。 1 企业架构的启示 企业架构(Enterprise Architecture, EA)是从企业全局的角
