Expression levels of the chorionic villi of MMP-2 and 9 on the hepatitis B virus [Abstract] Objective To investigate the hepatitis B virus (HBV) expression levels in early pregnancy velvet MMP-2 and 9. Collected HBsAg positive chorionic villi tissue, using the SP method of immunohistochemistry and western blot detection of HBV on the fluff of MMP 2 and MMP-9 protein expression levels of the results of HBV infected villi no significant pathological changes in MMP-2 protein expression in the chorionic villi EVT cytoplasm, VT, ST, and interstitial small amount of expression of MMP -9 protein between the chorionic villi quality, EVT and VT cytoplasm, ST is a small amount of expression compared with normal control group, the virus group the Villi two protein levels were significantly decreased (P lt;0.05. Conclusion HBV reduce the chorionic villi of MMP-2 and MMP-9 protein expression. [Keywords:] Hepatitis B virus extravillous cytotrophoblast MMP-2 MMP-9 spontaneous abortion [Abstract] Objective The effect of Hepatitis B virus (HBV) on expression of early pregnant villi. Methods Pregnant villous tissue of HBsAg positive were obtained, MMP-2 and MMP-9 protein of villous tissue were detected by immunocytochemical staining and western blot. Results The villous tissue was not obviously changed; MMP-2 protein primarily expressed in early pregnancy villous EVT endochylema and rarely in villous trophoblast (VT), ST and interstitial cells; MMP-9 protein largely expressed in early pregnancy villous mesenchyme, EVT and VT endochylema. Compared with control group, the three kinds of protein expression level in early pregnancy villus of virus group significantly decreased (P lt;0.05). Conclusion The expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 proteins were inhibited by HBV.
