ABSTRACT
After a series of policy regulation and suppression in the real estate market, the i
nvestment boom of the housing market tends to return to cold, commercial real estate
s advantage has been gradually revealed, with the process of integration in urban and
rural areas accelerating significantly, no clear inhibition on policy and its high invest
ment return, more and more investors, developers, etc are tar geting on commercial rea
l estate. It is because of this kind of investment boom, however, the present situation
of the development in commercial real estate market become chaotic, along with non
-essential commercial use in a large number of land, and comme rcial projects frequent
ly copied also resulted in the phenomenon of homogeneity is more and more serious.
This is not only a waste of land resources, but also to peoples and nation’s property,
and irresponsible behavior to the development of commercial rea l estate market.
