注射泵推注异丙酚用于人工流产效果观察 　【关键词】 注射 　　摘要：目的：观察注射泵推注异丙酚在无痛人流中的应用。方法：将100例人工流产患者随机分为两组，注射泵组（A），手推组（B），各50例。Ａ组：注射泵给药，诱导速度1.5mg/kg/min，量2～2.5mg/kg，维持速度0.1mg/kg/min ,手术结束时停药;B组：手推注药,诱导量2.5mg/kg，在60s左右推完，手术期间根据情况追加5ml左右。分别观察两组诱导、苏醒时间、总药量、麻醉效果，及诱导前后血压、心率,血氧饱和度的变化。结果:A组诱导、苏醒时间、用药量均低于B组（Plt;0.01）两组诱导后血压、心率、血氧均低于术前（Plt;0.05）。结论:注射泵推注异丙酚麻醉效果优于手推法。 　　关键词:异丙酚;人工流产;注射泵 　　Observe the Anesthetic Effects of Propofol by Injection Pump Medication During Painless Artificial Abortion 　　　Abstract： Objective： To observe the anesthetic effects of propofol by injection pump medication during painless artificial abortion . Methods：100 patients scheduled for painless artificial abortion were divided into two groups randomly ,Group A received propofol by injection pump , and group B by general syringe ,50 cases per group .The propofol injection rate in group A was firstly controlled at 1.5 mg/kg/min ,the total medication dosage was 2～2.5mg/kg.maintained at 0.1mg/kg/min and stopped injection when operations ended, Group B patients by general syringe , induced dosage at 2.5mg/kg taking around 60s to complete ,The patients could be added 5ml dosage if they moved during the operation , investigate and compare the induce time ,resuscitation time ,total medication dosage ,anesthetic effects in two groups respectively ,and the difference of BP ,HR ,SPO2 before and after the induce dosage medication . Result： The induced dosage , resuscitation time and total dosage in group A were all lower than group B (Plt;0.01), and BP,HR and SPO2 after induction in two groups were all low then preoperation (Plt;0.05) .
