This method is progressive nevertheless encounters much problem . The examination criterion of computer program invention in ninth chapter o f 《 Guidelines for Patent Examination 》 has been amended at April ，2017. Four forms , which are method， program module， computer system and storage media , are provided to protect the invention patent application on the computer program processing flow based on the amendment .
