企业员工工作满意度实证研究(An empirical study on job satisfaction of enterprise employees)
Abstract: the staff job satisfaction, not only directly affect the production efficiency of the enterprise, customer perception and profit level, but also reflects the presence of organizational performance and enterprise management problems effectively, help enterprise self diagnosis. In this study, through the questionnaire survey, take S enterprises as an example, explore the relationship between employee satisfaction and turnover intention, and put forward some suggestions to improve employee satisfaction.

With the progress of society, talent competition has become increasingly fierce.
