This paper summarizes the four laws of perception is closely related with the enterprise recruitment: recruitment interview more than 80% in 3 minutes from default pretty; it is good; to make judgments and selection of clues and standard of not more than 3; strictly selected is good. These laws play an important role in the recruitment and selection of human resources. Managers must fully understand and utilize these laws and overcome the negative effects of these perceptual phenomena.
First, recruitment interview more than 80% in 3 minutes
