Methods The sensitivity, specificity and the feasibility of food samples of 3 kinds of chromogenic media and traditional selective media, including bismuth sulfite (BS) agar, Hekteon enteric (HE) agar and xylose lysine deoxycholate (XLD) agar, were compared.
