沉淀法纯化茶皂素的工艺研究

摘要:采用沉淀的方法纯化茶皂素,考察了溶解试剂、溶解试剂体积分数、料液比、沉淀试剂、沉淀试
剂用量对产品纯度和回收率的影响。试验得出较理想的纯化工艺条件为:溶解试剂为80%的乙
醇,料液比1:20,沉淀试剂为丙酮,80%乙醇与丙酮体积比1:2。此条件下得到的茶皂素产品纯度
为87.20%,回收率为71.17%。
