The boundary delimitation is guided by the resource value and accomplished in macro-scale; the land use at the boundary and relationship between the city and the spot should be studied in meso-scale; the design of Urban National Park boundary is considered in micro-scale. According to the Fractal Theory and Hierarchy Theory, the article discusses the boundary in three scales: macro, meso and micro.
