To culture high-quality applied talents of modern food who meet requirement for regional economic development with engineering education accreditation system- ， oriented thinking and practice of reforming on teaching contents and architecture of food science and engineering spe鄄 cialty in Lanzhou University of Technology were introduced through following four aspects: standard and profile of engi鄄 neering education accreditation system ， curriculum structure adjustment ， integrate and optimize construction of theory education system and practice
