Abstract : China is developing its own engineering education accreditation system with goal to establish quality
assurance system and promote international recognition for engineering education. To culture high-quality applied talents
of modern food who meet requirement for regional economic development with engineering education accreditation system-
,
oriented thinking and practice of reforming on teaching contents and architecture of food science and engineering spe鄄
cialty in Lanzhou University of Technology were introduced through following four aspects: standard and profile of engi鄄
neering education accreditation system , curriculum structure adjustment , integrate and optimize construction of theory
education system and practice
