摘 要 无论在什么地域，工业是推进区域发展的重要因素，工业园区又是发展现代 工业及高新技术产业的有效形式及重要载体，工业园区 渐成为推进工业发展 以及当地经济发展的一种重要方式，加快了所在区域的工业化和城市化进程，促 进了产业结构调整与优化，为企业技术创新和产业升级、带动区域经济发展发挥 了重要作用。本文以祥云县财富工业园区为研究对象，将祥云县的经济系统分为 农业部门、财富工业园区、其他工业部门和第三产业部门，应用投入产出法分析 工业园区对祥云县经济发展的价值，得出结论：财富工业园区对于祥云县的农业 部门、其他工业部门和第三产业部门的运转提供了绝大部分生产要素 源，对祥 云县的经济发展具有重要的价值，已成为推动祥云县经济发展的重要动力。此外 本文还分析了工业园区对祥云县经济发展的作用，并针对工业园区存在的问题 从创新、管理和政府支持三方面提出了解决对策，为祥云县工业园区的发展提供 借鉴。 [关键词] 工业园区；经济发展；投入产出表 Abstract No matter what the regional, industry is an important factor in promoting regional development, and industrial park has gradually become an promoting industrial development and local economic development an important way.
