知识目标:
1. 学习并掌握词汇:hike, Tibet,Hongkong,yeah,how long,away,get back,
send,postcard,San Francisco,Hawaii
2. 学习并掌握下列短语、句型:go to Tibet, go hiking,visit my friend,
go away for too long,send sb sth,get back
That sounds interesting.
Have a good time.
Send me a postcard from Hong Kong.
How long are you staying?
Show me your photos when you get back to school.
3. 学会使用all, most, some, no四个词汇表达不确定数量。
能力目标:学会从事日常学习和生活活动的频率的表达。
情感目标:通过对话交流,启发学生思维,培养学生合作意识。
【重点难点】
重点:1) Words: hike, Tibet…
2)Target language: A: What are you doing for vacation?
B: I am going to Tibet for a week.
3) 现在进行时表将来的用法。
难点:1) 现在进行时表将来的用法。
2)人称变化以及现在分词的变换规则。
【教学过程】
I. 复习热身
1.检查生词预习
(1)让个别学生朗读生词,教师及时正音。然后领读,齐读。
(2)I’m visiting my cousins in Canada.
A: When are you going?
B: On the 11th . How about you? What are you doing for vacation?
A: I’m going to the beach with my family.
B: When are you going?
A: We are leaving this weekend.
多找几组学生练习他们所编写的对话,巩固上节课所学的词汇以及句型。
II. 感知体验
1.感知:
T:National Day is coming.What are you doing for vacation?
S:I’m going to Beijing.(The answers can be vary)
T: That sounds interesting! What are you doing there?
S: I’m visiting the Great Wall.
T: How long are you staying?
S: Just for one/a week.(Help the students answer)
T: Have a good time.
S: Thank you.
Give more activities on the screen on the computer.
2.体验:让学生根据板书内容编写对话,并展示。
Share their conversations.
III. 强化巩固(Consolidation)
1.3a Read the conversation. Then fill in the chart.
Ask two students to read the conversation for the class.
Say:Now read the conversation again and fill in the chart.
Ask students to finish the activity individually.
Check the answers.
2.3b Pairwork
Read the instructions to the class. Then point to the chart . Ask a different student to
read each line of the chart. For exemple, Dave, cousin’s house , week.
Ask two students to read it to the class. Say, this conversation comes from the first
line of the chart.Help the stu
