北京宅急送快运经营模式分析 摘要:随着我国加入WTO及各项政策的开放,外资企业的进入和民营企业的崛起,使快递业市场的竞争日益激烈。宅急送公司是一家实施网络化运营服务模式,为客户提供门到门服务的民营快递公司。宅急送从建立以来一直在大力着手营建覆盖全国的服务网络,其服务范围不断扩大,管理观念也不断更新,为了适应商业发展的需求和更快地实现自身发展,就需找到与该公司未来发展和商业需求相适应的服务模式。本文通过对宅急送公司所处的中国快递市场和现有的国内外竞争对手进行分析,明确了宅急送公司目标市场,同时采用SWOT分析法对宅急送公司外部存在的机遇与威胁以及内部具有的优劣势进行分析,确定了该公司未来的发展战略。最后,对宅急送公司现有的服务模式和有利于宅急送公司长期发展的多样化、创新性增值服务进行了综合分析与探讨。 关键字:宅急送;服务模式;分析与探讨 Abstract: As Chinas accession to the WTO and opening up policy, foreign-funded enterprises and private enterprises to enter the rise, so the courier industry in an increasingly competitive market. Home Delivery is a network-based operators to implement service delivery model to provide customers with door-to-door services to the private courier companies. Home delivery from the establishment has been vigorously proceed with the construction of the service network covering the whole country, expanding its scope of service, management concepts have been updated, in order to meet the demand for commercial development and faster to achieve their own development, on the need to find the companys future development and commercial needs of the service models. Based on the home delivery company in which the Chinese express delivery market and existing competitors at home and abroad for analysis, clearly the home delivery companies target market, while the use of SWOT analysis of the house rushed outside the existence of opportunities and threats, as well as internal have carried out the advantages and disadvantages analysis to determine the companys future development strategies. Finally, the home delivery companys existing service models and home delivery company in favor of long-term development of diversified, innovative value-added services to carry out a comprehensive analysis and discussion.
