精品论文 参考文献 3500例小儿肺炎X线诊断分析 陈源 　　(新疆焉耆县妇幼保健院功能科 841100） 　　【摘要】目的 探讨小儿肺炎X线表现及诊断价值。方法 抽取来我院诊治的小儿肺炎患者3500例，对其X线表现及诊断进行回顾性分析。结果 小儿肺炎的主要X线表现有局限性肺气肿、肺门影增浓增深、肺纹理增粗增强等；3500例患儿被诊断为支气管肺炎1321例、大叶性肺炎1305例、小叶性肺炎723例、化脓性肺炎151例，合并有胸腔积液者456例、肺大泡者268例。结论 X线胸部检查不仅能够发现小儿肺炎病变，确定其部位、范围和有无并发症，还能够观察其动态变化，从而为制定或调整治疗方案及判断预后提供有价值的依据，可作为小儿肺炎首选检查方法推广应用。 　　【关键词】小儿肺炎 X线诊断 　　【中图分类号】R725.6 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2014）10-0118-02 　　 　　【Abstract】Objective:To study the X-ray manifestations and its diagnosis value to infantile pneumonia.Methods:3500 children with pneumonia in our hospital were selected, the X-ray manifestations and diagnosis were retrospectively analyzed.Results:the main manifestations of infantile pneumonia include focal emphysema,enriched and deepening hilar shadow,thickening and enhanced lung markings,etc;3500 pediatric patients were diagnosed asbronchial pneumonia in 1321 cases,lobar pneumonia in 1305 cases,lobular pneumonia in 723 cases,suppurative pneumonia in 151 cases,pleural effusion associated in 456 cases,bulla in 268 cases.Conclusion:For pediatric patients with pneumonia,X-ray chest examination can not only discover the lesions,determine its location,scope and complications,but also observe its dynamic changes,provides the valuable basis for making or adjusting treatment and judging prognosis.so,it can be used as the preferred examination method of infantile pneumonia. 　　【keyword】infantile pneumonia X-ray diagnosis 　　小儿肺炎是小儿最常见的一种呼吸道疾病，四季均易发生，3岁以内的婴幼儿多发生于冬、春季。小儿肺炎的主要临床表现为发热、咳嗽、气促、呼吸困难和肺部细湿啰音，也有不发热而咳喘重者，如果不能及时明确诊断并采取有效的治疗措施，病情极易反复发作，并引起多种重症并发症，影响患儿发育[1]，甚至可危及其生命。经临床研究发现，X线胸部平片是一种有效的小儿肺炎检查手段，能够明确小儿肺炎的诊断，同时可为其治疗提供有价值的参考信息[2]。现将我院收治的3500例小儿肺炎患者的X线表现及诊断结果报告如下： 　　1 一般资料 　　抽取的来我院诊治的3500例小儿肺炎患者中，男性患者1960例，女性患者1540例，年龄6个月～6岁，平均年龄3.5岁；从发病至就诊时间为6小时～4天，平均2天；主要临床表现为不同程度的发热（体温在37.5oC～38.9oC之间、呈不规则热者2170例、呈弛张热者1330例）、咳嗽（其中呈顽固性剧烈咳嗽并伴少量黏痰者1100例）、呼吸急促、流涕、胸闷，伴有呕吐者1990例、胸痛者1100例、烦躁者1700例、喘息者970例、呼吸困难者130例；实验室检查显示白细胞计数均有不同程度的升高，且中
