精品论文 参考文献 严重创伤病人中无缝衔接一体化急救护理模式的运用 仁寿县献血办公室 四川成都 620500 【摘 要】目的：分析研究对于严重创伤患者采取无缝衔接一体化急救护理模式的方法以及护理效果，为临床护理工作提供有力的依据。方法：选取我县在2014-年1月到2016年1月所收治的严重创伤患者资料100例开展回顾性分析，将所选取的100例患者随机分为两组，平均每组50例，其中研究组50例患者接受无缝衔接一体化急救护理模式，对照组50例患者接受常规急救护理模式，比较研究组和对照组患者入院到手术时间、抢救时间和抢救情况，将所得各项数值进行统计学分析。结果：研究组患者从入院到手术时间、抢救时间全部短于对照组，两组比较存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组患者抢救成功率显著高于对照组，两组比较存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：针对严重创伤患者在临床急救期间采取无缝衔接急救护理模式，能够有效减少患者从入院到手术时间，降低抢救时间，提高抢救成功率，应该在临床护理工作中大力推广使用。 【关键词】严重创伤；无缝衔接一体化急救护理；抢救成功率 【Abstract】Objective：to analyze and study the method of seamless integration of emergency nursing mode and nursing effect for patients with severe trauma，and to provide a strong basis for clinical nursing work.Methods：in our county in 2014- January to January 2016 from the data of 100 cases of severe trauma patients in a retrospective analysis of 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups will be selected，50 cases each，the study group of 50 patients received seamless integration emergency care mode，50 patients in control group received routine emergency nursing mode，comparative study group and the control group of patients admitted to the operation time，the rescue time and the rescue，resulting the numerical statistical analysis.Results：the study group patients from admission to operation time，rescue time are shorter than the control group，the two groups had statistical significance（P lt; 0.05）；patients in the study group，the success rate was significantly higher than the control group，the two groups had statistical significance（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion：for patients with severe trauma in clinical emergency taken during the seamless emergency nursing mode，can effectively reduce the patients from admission to operation time，reduce the rescue time，improve the success rate of rescue，should vigorously promote the use in clinical nursing work. 【Key words】Severe trauma，Seamless integration of emergency care，Rescue success rate 当患者受到严重创伤时，存在重、危、急三种特点，所以需要最大化确保患者生命延续，针对严重创伤患者需要及时开展抢救工作。由于目
