精品论文 参考文献 二消散外敷联合针灸、中药内服治疗类风湿性关节炎临床观察 雅安职业技术学院 四川雅安 625000 【摘 要】目的：研究并分析二消散外敷联合针灸、中药内服治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将2012年1月-2015年1月我们医院收治的60例类风湿性关节炎患者纳入本研究，按照治疗方式的不同将60例患者分为中医联合组（n=30）和常规对照组（n=30），后者采用针灸、中药内服治疗法，前者采用二消散外敷联合针灸、中药内服的治疗方式，对比两组效果。结果：中医联合组与常规对照组关节疼痛指数、关节肿胀指数以及晨僵指数都得到显著好转，但是中医联合组好转情况显著优于常规对照组，上述数据组间比较差异显著（p＜0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论：对于类风湿性关节炎患者，采用二消散外敷联合针灸、中药内服的治疗方式可以有效优化治疗效果，提升患者生存质量，该种治疗措施值得在临床中推广和使用。 【关键词】二消散外敷；针灸、中药内服；类风湿性关节炎；临床观察 [Abstract]Objective：To study and analyze the clinical curative effect of dissipation external application combined with acupuncture and oral administration of Chinese medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods：in January 2012 and 2015 January admitted to our hospital 60 cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients were included in this study，according to the different treatment modalities will 60 cases were divided into traditional Chinese medicine combined group（n = 30）and normal control group（n = 30），and the latter is the acupuncture，traditional Chinese medicine therapy，the former uses second dissipation external application combined with acupuncture and Chinese herbs treatment，compared to two groups effect.Results：Combined Traditional Chinese medicine group and normal control group，joint pain index，swelling index and stiffness index have been improved significantly.However，the traditional Chinese medicine combination group improved more significantly than the normal control group，above data were significant difference（P lt; 0.05），the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：in patients with rheumatoid arthritis，the dissipation of external application combined with acupuncture and Chinese herbs treatment can effectively optimize the treatment effect，improve the life quality of the patients，the treatment measures of worth in clinical promotion and use.
