精品论文 参考文献 交锁髓内钉治疗下肢长骨骨折并发症80例 赵发云 　　（四川省凉山州中西医结合医院 四川 凉山州 615000） 　　【摘 要】目的：探讨交锁髓内钉治疗下肢长骨骨折并发症的防治效果。方法：选取2013年5月至2014年10月我院收治的下肢长骨骨折患者80例，对其进行交锁髓内钉治疗，观察患者在手术治疗后的并发症情况。结果：经治疗，出现再骨折并发症、髓钉进入患者关节并发症以及远端锁钉放置失败并发症的患者都成功治愈，而感染并发症中的早期感染患者右大腿的上部分截肢，迟发性感染治愈，肢体坏死并发症的患者小腿的三分之一处截肢。结论：交锁髓内钉可以有效治疗下肢长骨骨折，但是在手术治疗过程中要熟练掌握手术相关的手术指征，清楚了解静力与动力的固定，进行彻底清创，从而减少患者手术后的并发症。 　　【关键词】交锁髓内钉治疗；下肢长骨骨折；并发症；防治效果 　　【中图分类号】R683.42 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1003-5028（2015）7-0098-02 　　In 80 cases of lower limb long bone fractures treated by intramedullary nailing complications 　　Zhao Fayun 　　（Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine hospital 61500 liangshan prefecture in sichuan province） 　　【abstract】objective: to study the exchange interlocking intramedullary nails control effect for the treatment of lower limbs long bone fracture complications. Methods: in May 2013 to October 2013, 80 cases of lower limbs long bone fracture patients of our hospital, to pay the locking intramedullary nail treatment, to observe the complications of patients after surgical treatment. Results: after treatment, there had complications, patients with medullary nail into joint complications and placed distal locking failure complications of the patients were successfully cured, complications and infection in early infection were right on the part of the leg amputation, late-onset infection cure, limb necrosis one-third of patients with complications of the lower leg amputation. Conclusion: pay the interlocking intramedullary nail can be effective treatment of long bone fracture of lower limb, but in the process of the surgical treatment to grasp skilled operation related surgical indications, a clear understanding of the static and dynamic fixed, thorough debridement, thereby reducing the complications of patients after surgery. 　　【Key words】locking intramedullary nail treatment; Lower limbs long bone fracture.
