精品论文 参考文献 健康教育质量改进中品管圈的应用及价值分析 （新疆和田地区人民医院护理部 新疆和田 848000） 　　【摘要】目的：分析健康教育质量改进中品管圈的应用及价值。方法：我院于2015年2月～2016年2月之间在健康教育质量改进工作中引进品管圈活动。针对上一年的健康教育质量问题进行分析，制定落实改进措施。对比品管圈活动前后健康教育的质量差异。结果：在健康教育质量改进中引进品管圈之后，患者的遵医行为、健康知识掌握率、满意度等指标均得到提高，对于引进品管圈前1年的差异结果具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：健康教育质量改进中引入品管圈的矫治较高，能够显著提高患者的健康知识掌握率，提高治疗依从性，值得在临床中推广。 　　【关键词】健康教育质量改进；品管圈；应用价值 　　【中图分类号】R471 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2016）12-0013-02 　　【Abstract】Objective To analyze the application of health education quality improvement in the quality control circle and value. Methods Our hospital in February 2015 - February 2016 between the introduction of quality management in the health education quality improvement activities. In view of the previous years health education quality problem analysis, develop the implementation of improvement measures. Compare the quality of the quality management circle activity before and after health education. Results The introduction of quality management in health education quality improvement, according to the medical behavior, rate of health knowledge mastering in patients with, satisfaction and other indicators are improved, for the introduction of quality control circle before 1 year results statistically significant difference (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion Health education quality improvement in the treatments of the introduction of quality control circle is higher, can significantly increase the rate of the patients health knowledge, improve the treatment compliance, is worth popularization in clinical. 　　【Key words】Health education quality improvement; Quality control circle; Application value 　　品管圈所指的是相同工作环境内的人们自发组成的活动小组，通过自我启发、相互启发等方式提高工作质量，促进管理质量的持续性改进[1]。护理活动中健康教育是非常重要的环节，通过健康教育能够让患者了解疾病与治疗的相关知识，减少错误的认知与行为，对于改善病情、提高治疗效果意义重大。本院在健康教育质量改进工作中引进品管圈活动，取得良好的成效，现将方法及结果总结如下。 　　1.资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　抽取前一年的100例参与健康教育质量改进活动患者作为对照组，其中有男性58例、女性42例；年龄在19～88岁之间，平均为（48.4plusmn;6.9）岁；同样随机抽取2015年2月～2016年2月健康教育质量改进活动中的100例患者作为观察组，其中有男性61例、女性39例；年龄在18-
