精品论文 参考文献 多巴胺联合美托洛尔治疗小儿肺炎伴心衰临床观察 　张素艳 　　（邑县妇幼保健院儿科 河南商丘 476400） 　　【摘要】目的：探究多巴胺联合美托洛尔治疗小儿肺炎伴心衰的临床价值。方法：选取小儿肺炎伴心衰患者60例作为本次研究对象。按照信封随机法将患者分为2组，对照组仅接受抗感染等常规综合治疗，实验组则在综合治疗的基础上接受多巴胺联合美托洛尔进行治疗，对比2组小儿肺炎伴心衰患者治疗效果的差异性。结果：实验组小儿肺炎伴心衰患者不良体征消失时间均较对照组小儿患者少（Plt;0.05），同时实验组小儿肺炎伴心衰患者的心肌酶水平较对照组小儿肺炎伴心衰患者优（Plt;0.05）。结论：多巴胺联合美托洛尔在小儿肺炎伴心衰中的治疗效果较好，可以改善患者的心肌功能，利于小儿肺炎伴心衰患者的健康恢复。 　　【关键词】多巴胺；美托洛尔；肺炎；心衰 　　【中图分类号】R453 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2015）21-0038-02 　　With heart failure clinical observation of dopamine combined with metoprolol in the treatment of infantile pneumonia. Pediatric County MCH town Henan Xiayi 476400,China 　　【Abstract】Objective To explore the clinical value of dopamine combined with metoprolol in the treatment of pneumonia in children with heart failure. Methods 60 cases of children with pneumonia and heart failure were selected as the study subjects. According to the random envelope method were divided into 2 groups, the control group only received conventional anti infection treatment, the experimental group, on the basis of comprehensive treatment of accept of dopamine combined with metoprolol in the treatment, compared two groups of children with pneumonia associated with differences in the treatment effect for patients with heart failure. Results In the experimental group of children pneumonia with adverse signs in patients with heart failure disappeared time were lower than those in the control group of pediatric patients with less (P lt; 0.05), and experimental group of pneumonia in children than in the control group of pneumonia in children with heart failure patients and the levels of myocardial enzymes in patients with heart failure with (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion Dopamine combined with Mei TORO M in the treatment of pneumonia with heart failure in children with good effect, can improve the patients cardiac function, to help children with pneumonia and heart failure in patients with health recovery.. 　　【Key wo
