精品论文 参考文献 160例老年肾内科患者护理的安全隐患分析及护理对策 山东省寿光市人民医院 262700 摘要：目的：研究老年肾内科患者护理的安全隐患，并对其护理对策进行分析。方法：从2014年4月到2015年5月，选取我院的160例肾内科老年患者为研究对象，将其分为观察组和对照组两组，其中观察组80例患者在进行正常药物治疗的同时采取多项护理干预，对照组80例患者，只进行药物治疗，每天记录尿量及反应肾功能变化情况的各项指标。结果：护理干预后两组患者护理的安全隐患对比，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。观察组进行正常药物治疗的同时采取多项护理干预的遵医嘱行为和24h尿量均好于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）；两组安全事故评估比较低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论：针对老年肾内科患者的安全隐患，采取相应的护理对策，能够改善患者病情，减少并发症的发生，有利于疾病康复，值得临床进一步推广。 关键词：老年肾内科；安全隐患；护理对策 【 abstract 】 objective：to study the nursing safety problems in elderly patients with renal medicine，and to analyze its nursing countermeasures. Methods：from April 2014 to May 2015，selected from 160 cases of renal medicine elderly patients as the research object，it can be divided into observation group and control group in the two groups，one group of 80 patients in the normal medication at the same time to take a number of nursing intervention，control group 80 patients，only for medication，daily record urine volume and renal function changes of the indicators. Results：two groups of patients after nursing intervention of nursing safety hidden trouble，are statistically significant differences（all P lt; 0.05）. Normal medication for observation group at the same time to take a number of nursing intervention behavior in accordance with the doctors advice and 24 h urine were better than the control group，differences were statistically significant（all P lt; 0.05）；Two groups of safety accident assessment is lower than the control group，the difference had statistical significance（P lt; 0.05）.
