Keyword： Forensic pathological identification; Postmortem examination of medical disputes; Common problems; 受社会舆论和现行医疗体制等因素的影响, 医患关系紧张现象越来越明显, 极易引发医疗纠纷[1]。在众多医疗纠纷类型中, 涉及死亡的医疗纠纷较为严重, 医患双方往往各执一词, 有着较大的处理难度。这就需要加强法医病理尸检管理, 通过解剖死亡患者尸体, 查明患者死亡原因, 为医疗纠纷处理提供必要的参考依据。本研究为深入探讨法医病理鉴定参与医疗纠纷尸检的重要性, 并分析常见问题、提出防范措施, 回顾性分析2015年1月-2017年1月到本法医病例鉴定中心进行医疗纠纷尸检的68例死亡患者的临床资料, 现报告如下。 资料与方法 2015年1月-2017年1月选择到本法医病例鉴定中心进行医疗纠纷尸检的死亡患者68例。家属均对本研究知情
