精品论文 参考文献 宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变对妊娠结局的影响 （泸州市纳溪区妇幼保健院 四川 泸州 646000） 【摘要】 目的：探讨宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变对妊娠结局的临床疗效及影响[1]。方法：选取2014年2月-2015年4月于我院就诊并接受LEEP治疗育龄期宫颈上皮内瘤变的患者共136例，根据患者入院编号，将其随机分为两组，观察两组患者出现早产、宫颈裂伤以及胎膜早损等并发症的发生率。结果：对照组的自然分娩率为72.06%，观察组自然分娩率为38.23%，对照组明显高于观察组；组间治疗效果比较具有明显差异，Plt;0.05。并分析锥切深度与孕周之间的相关性，二者呈负相关，（r=-0.442,Plt;0.05）。结论：临床上在治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变时，采用宫颈环形电切术[2]，能获得非常理想的治疗效果。 【关键词】宫颈环形电切术；宫颈上皮内瘤变；妊娠结局；影响；临床疗效 【中图分类号】R730.5 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）31-0016-02 Effect of cervical loop electro resection in treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia on pregnancy outcome Chen Quanyin.
