精品论文 参考文献 喉罩在腹腔镜下胆囊切除术全麻中的临床应用体会 山东省昌邑市人民医院 261300 摘要：目的：观察并分析喉罩在腹腔镜下胆囊切除术全麻中的临床应用效果。方法：选取2013年5月至2015年5月期间在我院进行治疗的50例进行腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的患者，随机分为观察组与对照组，各25例患者。其中观察组患者采用喉罩全麻方法，对照组患者采用气管插管方法，评估两组患者麻醉复苏状况。结果：观察组患者在麻醉后不同时点的血压、心率明显好于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；观察组患者手术后出现不适症状的概率较对照组小，差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：喉罩应用腹腔镜胆囊切除术全麻手术，能够有效缓解患者的不良反应，取得良好的治疗效果，值得在临床治疗中被广泛推广。 关键词：喉罩；腹腔镜下胆囊切除术；全麻 [abstract]objective：to observe and analyze the laryngeal mask in laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the clinical application effect of general anesthesia.Methods：in May 2013 to May 2013 treated in our hospital during the period of 50 cases of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy，were randomly divided into observation group and control group，25 patients.The observation group of patients with laryngeal mask anesthesia method，control group patients with tracheal intubation method，evaluation of two groups of patients with anesthesia recovery.Results：the observation group of patients at different time points after anesthesia patients with blood pressure，heart rate is much better than that of control group，difference has statistical significance（P lt; 0.05）；The probability of observation group of patients with symptoms of discomfort after surgery was small，statistically significant difference（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion：the laryngeal mask application of general anesthesia surgery，laparoscopic cholecystectomy can effectively alleviate the adverse reaction of patients，good treatment effect，is worth popularizing widely in clinical treatment. Key words：laryngeal mask；Laparoscopic cholecystectomy.General anesthesia 通常情况下，腹腔镜手术麻醉通常以插管全麻为主，气管插管虽然较为安全，但是在手术过程中容易刺激患者的咽喉部，造成声音嘶哑、拔管咳嗽及咽喉疼痛等并发症。而采取喉罩辅助麻醉，能够有效避免喉镜暴露声门，患者耐受性较好。 1 资料与方法 1 一般资料 搜集2013年5月至2015年5月期间在我院进行治疗的50例腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者为研究对象。其中，男性患者26例，女性患者24例，年龄28-65岁，平均年龄（35.6plusmn;10.8）岁；体重48-79Kg，平均（62.9plusmn;9.1）Kg。将50例患者随机分为对照组与观察组两组，两组患者在年龄、性别等方面的差异无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05）。 1.2 方法 手术前，观察组与对照组患者均常规禁食水，留置胃肠减压，实施麻醉前30min给予0.1g苯巴比妥钠、1mg盐酸戊
