精品论文 参考文献 小儿泌尿道感染的临床治疗研究 王建英 别慧玲 　　（山东省平度市人民医院儿科 山东 平度 266700） 　　【摘要】 目的：观察头孢克肟对小儿泌尿道感染的临床疗效，探讨其临床应用价值，为临床治疗小儿泌尿道感染提供参考。方法：对我院2014年11月～2015年9月的54例小儿泌尿道感染患儿应用头孢克肟颗粒每次1.5～3.0 mg/kg，每日2次口服，疗程10天，观察疗效。结果：经10天治疗，54例小儿泌尿道感染患儿中，治愈48例，治愈率88.89 %，有效4例，有效率7.41 %，无效2例，无效率3.70 %。结论：头孢克肟对小儿泌尿道感染具有显著疗效，并充分发挥了其杀菌作用快，口服方便，组织渗透性好的优点。 　　【关键词】 头孢克肟;小儿泌尿道感染;疗效 　　【中图分类号】R691.3 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）09-0055-02 　　The clinical study of children with urinary tract infection Wang Jianying, Bie Huiling. 　　Pediatrics, The Peoplersquo;s Hospitalof Pingdu City.Shandong Province,Pingdu 266700,China 　　【Abstract】 Objective Observation of cefixime clinical curative effect of children with urinary tract infection, to explore the clinical application value, provide reference for clinical treatment of children with urinary tract infection. Methods In our hospital in November 2014 to September 2015 of 54 cases of children with urinary tract infection in children with application of cefixime granules 1.5 ~ 3.0 mg/kg each time, 2 times daily oral, 10 days treatment, observation curative effect. Results After 10 days of treatment, 54 cases of pediatric patients with urinary tract infection, 10 days after treatment, 54 cases of children with urinary tract infection in children, cured 48 cases, cure rate 88.89 %, 4 cases were effective, effective rate was 7.41 %, 2 cases failed, no efficiency is 3.70 %. Conclusion Cefixime has significant curative effect on children with urinary tract infection, and give full play to its bactericidal action is fast, convenient oral, tissue permeability good advantage. 　　【Key words】Cefixime; Children with urinary tract infection; Efficacy 　　泌尿道感染是指病原体直接侵入尿路，在尿液中生长繁殖，并侵犯尿路黏膜或组织而引起损伤[1]。在小儿时期感染局限在尿路某一部位者较少，且临床上又难以准确定位，故常不加区别统称为泌尿道感染。小儿泌尿道感染是儿科临床常见疾病之一。有报道称在治疗小儿泌尿系感染的时候，阿莫西林/克拉维酸和头孢西丁可作为经验用药[2]。 　　头孢克肟（Cefixime）是一种口服的第三代头孢菌素抗生素，对革兰阳性菌及阴性菌均具有抗菌活性，具有较强的杀菌作用。 我院采用头孢克肟对2014年11月～2015年9月收治的泌尿道感染患儿进行治疗，取得了较满意的疗效。现报道如下。 　　1.资料与方法 　　1.1
