现代临床护理（Modern Clinical Nursing）2014.13（6） 12 神经外科重症监护室侵入性导管感染发生情况分析及对策 翟云霞 ，张丹芬 ，贾琳 （广州 医科 大学 附属第二 医 院神经外科 ，广东广州 ，5 10260 ） ［摘要］　目的　了解神经外科重症监护室侵入性导管感染发生情况 ，分析其感染特点 ，为制订预防感染措施提供理论 依据 。方法　 回顾性分析和总结本科室 563 例次 留置侵入性导管患者 的临床资料 。结果　563 例次 留置侵入性导管 中，发 生导管感染 106 例次 ，发生率为 18.8 % 。各管道感染发生率 以尿管居高 ，发生率为 24.5 % ；其次是硬膜外引流管 ，发生率为 16.9 %。病原菌主要为凝 固酶阴性葡萄球球菌 。结论　提高医护人员对侵入性操作感染危害性 的认识 ，操作时遵守各种导管 的护理操作规程和加强各种管道护理 ，对降低侵入性导管感染发生率 ，确保患者的安全具有重要 的作用 。 ［关键词］ 　神经外科 ，监护室 ； 导管 ；医院感染 ［中图分类号］　R473.6　［文献标识码 ］　B　［文章编号 ］　 167 1-8283 （20 14）06-00 12-03　［DOI ］　 10.3969/j .issn.167 1-8283.20 14.06.03 Countermeasures for invasive catheter infections in neurosurgical intensive care unit Zhai Yunxia ，Zhang Danfen ，Jia Lin//Modern Clinical Nursing ，-20 14 ，13 （06）：12． ［Abstract］　Objective　To study the characteristics of invasive catheter infection in neurosurgery intensive care unit (NICU) to provide theoretical basis for the prevention of the infections．Method　A retrospective analysis was done into the clinical data of 563 patients with indwelling catheter from January 20 11 to December 20 12 in our department．Results　Among 563 cases undergoing invasive catheteration ，there were 106 cases of catheter-associated infections with an incidence of 18.8%. The urinary catheter-associated infection was 24.5% and epidural drainage catheter-associated infection was 16.9%．Conclusion　 The enhanced consciousness of critical catheter infections ，abiding by principles for aseptic operation and strengthened nursing to catheters or tubes are critical for reducing the incidence of invasive catheter-associated infections and ensuring the safety patients． ［Key wor
