精品论文 参考文献 尿转铁蛋白和胱抑素C测定对肾小球疾病早期诊断的的研究 罗仁 牟文玉（四川省遂宁市蓬溪县人民医院检验科 629100） 【中图分类号】R692.6 【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085（2013）14-0412-02 【摘要】 目的 通过对肾小球疾病不同病期患者的尿液中转铁蛋白和胱抑素C的检测，探讨该组合在肾小球疾病早期诊断的价值。方法 选择本院住院确诊为原发性肾小球肾炎患者83例和同期健康体检者46例的所收集24h尿，在迈瑞BS400全自动生化分析仪采用胶乳增强免疫比浊法试剂检测尿液中转铁蛋白和胱抑素C的排泄量。结果 原发性肾小球肾炎患者尿液中的尿转铁蛋白和胱抑素C水平与对照组相比呈明显升高，差异呈显著性（plt;0.05或plt;0.01）。不同程度原发性肾小球肾炎间的转铁蛋白和胱抑素C浓度水平均明显增高，趋势呈正相关，差异呈显著性（p lt;0.05）。结论 尿转铁蛋白和胱抑素C联合测定有助于肾小球疾病的早期诊断，能更灵敏、更精确地反映肾小球功能受损的情况，为临床医生提供可靠准确有价值的诊断指导依据。 【关键词】 原发性肾小球肾炎 尿转铁蛋白 胱抑素C 早期诊断 Urine transferrin and Cystatin C measure of the early diagnosis of glomerular disease research Luo Ren.(The Laboratory Medicine of Pengxi Peoples hospital of Suining, Sichuan, China, 629100). 【Abstract】 objective：Based on different period of disease in patients with glomerular disease of urine transfer ferritin and Cystatin C detection, this paper discusses the combination in the glomerular disease early diagnosis value. Methods: Choose our hospital diagnosed as primary glomerular nephritis patients during the same period in 83 cases and the healthy check-up 46 cases of collected 24 h urine, in the new into BS400 automatic biochemical analyzer using latex enhanced immune turbidimetric method reagent testing urine transfer ferritin and Cystatin C excretion. Results: Primary glomerular nephritis in the urine of patients with urinary transferrin and Cystatin C level was significantly increased comparing with the control group, the difference (plt;0.05 or plt;0.01). Different degrees of primary glomerular nephritis between transferrin and Cystatin C concentration level were significantly increased, a positive correlation between the trend, the differences are significant (plt;0.05).Conclusion: Urine transferrin and Cystatin C combined determination help in the early diagnosis of glomerular disease, can be more sensitive, more accurately reflect the function of glomerular damaged condition, for clinical doctors to provide reliable and accurate valuable diagnos
