The e-commerce of convenient service needs an efficient and low-cost logistics system. The cost of logistics cost and the demand of consumers have become the bottleneck restricting the development of modern logistics. The concept of wisdom logistics has emerged. Logistics distribution system is the core content of wisdom logistics management system. Based on path optimization of distribution system as a starting point, considering the influence of many kind of dynamic factors on distribution, using related knowledge and theory, to the shortest path analysis function to determine the shortest path between each point on the basis of the data, building mathematical model for its solution. Taking the actual case of distribution as an example, it can greatly improve the distribution efficiency and reduce the transportation cost. This paper proposes to optimize the construction mode of wisdom logistics distribution model, so as to promote the development of urban economy.
