Methods 　Tot al RN A wa s i solat ed from four samp les from chemot herap y sen sitive and resi st ant hypop haryngeal squamou s cell carcinoma resp ectively . Then synt hesized into cDN A and cRN A in vit ro in t urn s. The cRN A p robe ,aft er biotinlabelled and f ragment ed ,hybridized wit h human gene microarray . The hybridization signal was scanned by t he Gene Array scanner ,analyzed by GCO S 4 . 0 st ati stic soft ware aft er normalization . The Signal Log Ratio ≥1 and change Pvalue ≤0 . 05 were st andar d for identified significant difference genes. The gene wa s sort ed out accor ding to biop rocess and function . Results 　Different gene exp ression p rofiling con si sting of 119 genes wa s screened out .
