精品论文 参考文献 无痛胃镜的临床应用分析 刘超 刘超 　　(西藏驻成都办事处医院消化内科 四川 成都 610041) 　　【摘要】目的：研究观察对消化内科患者采用无痛胃镜诊治的临床应用价值。方法：选取2010年1月至2013年12月期间在我院消化内科收治的68例采用无痛胃镜治疗的患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为试验组与对照组，每组各34例。给予对照组患者进行胃肠道检查治疗，试验组患者先予以麻醉镇痛，再对采用无痛胃镜进行治疗。结果：治疗组患者中总有效率为97.06%，对照组患者中总有效率为58.06%，两组比较，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗组患者中发生疼痛1例的不良反应，对照组患者中发生疼痛7例，两组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P均＜0.05）。结论：采用无痛胃镜诊治消化内科患者有较好的临床疗效，安全性高，值得在临床工作中予以推广及应用。 　　【关键词】 消化内科；无痛胃镜；临床应用 　　【中图分类号】R44 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）19-0081-02 　　 　　The Clinical Application of Painless Gastroscopy 　　Liu Chao 　　Tibets Hospital in Chengdu Office , Gastroenterolog, Chengdu 610041, China 　　【Abstract】Objective To study the observation of Gastroenterology patients with painless gastroscopy diagnosis and treatment of clinical value. Methods April 2009 to October 2013, 68 cases the Gastroenterology admitted in our hospital painless gastroscopy treatment of patients as research subjects, and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, n=34 cases. Given to the control group patients for examination and treatment of the gastrointestinal tract, the experimental group patients to be narcotic analgesic treatment for painless gastroscopy. Results In patients treated with total effective rate of 97.06% in the control group of patients total effective rate was 55.88%, the two groups was statistically significant (P lt;0.05). Pain in 1 cases of adverse reactions in patients treated with pain in 7 cases in the control group patients, the two groups, the differences were statistically significant (Plt;0.05).
