精品论文 参考文献 穿刺联合毫米波治疗哺乳期乳腺脓肿的效果分析 徐学勤 　　（山东省临沂市妇幼保健院 276000） 　　【摘要】目的 探讨以高频超声引导穿刺、冲洗联合毫米波治疗哺乳期乳腺脓肿的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析我院乳腺科 2007年1月～ 2012年1月哺乳期乳腺脓肿的临床资料，随机分为研究组A组和对照组B组，研究组A组为136例以高频超声引导经穿刺、冲洗联合毫米波治疗组，对照组B组为98例切开引流换药组。结果 研究组A组：125例痊愈，治愈率达91.9％，11例微创治疗无效后改为手术切开。治愈时间为（9.3plusmn;6.2）d，疼痛分级为(2.1plusmn;1.1)分，花费为（870plusmn;602）元；对照组B组：97例痊愈，治愈率达98.98％，1例出现乳瘘。治愈时间为（15.4plusmn;7.6）d，疼痛分级为(5.7plusmn;1.4)分，花费为（5500plusmn;1700）元。研究组治愈时间、疼痛分级及花费明显低于对照组（plt;0.01）。结论 此方法治疗哺乳期乳腺脓肿创伤小、痛苦小、简便易行且恢复快， 是一种有效、安全、可行性强的方法。 　　【关键词】穿刺 哺乳期乳腺脓肿 高频超声引导 毫米波疗法 　　【中图分类号】R730.5 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-5085（2014）18-0027-02 　　Efficacy of Millimeter wave and puncture combination 　　therapy breast abscess in lactming 　　XU Xue-qin ,Matermal and Child Health Hospital of Linyi City，Shandong 276000 　　【Abstract】 Objective To explore clinical curative effect of the high frequency ultrasound guided puncture, rinse combination millimeter wave therapy breast abscess in lactming. Methods The data of breast abscess in lactming in Mammary gland branch of our hospital from January 2007 to January 2012 were reviewed. They were randomly divided into study group A group and control group B group. Study group included 136 cases with high frequency ultrasound guided puncture, rinse combination millimeter wave treatment，control group included 98 cases of incision and drainage . Results Study group A group： 125 cases were cured, the cure rate was 91.9%, 11 cases of minimally invasive therapy changed after the operation incision.
