精品论文 参考文献 肛管直肠周围脓肿应用改良手术治疗的效果研究 云南省昭通彝良县人民医院 657600 摘要：目的：研究肛管直肠周围脓肿应用改良手术治疗的效果。方法：研究资料来自2014年1月—2016年1月我院肛管直肠周围脓肿患者80例，根据掷硬币法，分为改良术组和传统术组。传统术组以传统切开脓肿引流手术进行治疗；改良术组应用改良手术治疗。就两组患者创面愈合时间、患者疼痛感、术前术后SF-36评分、手术优良率、肛瘘发生率、肛门失禁发生率和二次手术率进行比较。结果：改良术组手术优良率明显高于传统术组，肛瘘发生率、肛门失禁发生率和二次手术率低于传统术组，X2检验P＜0.05有统计学意义。改良术组患者愈合时间、疼痛评分、术后SF-36评分均优于传统术组，t检验P＜0.05有统计学意义。结论：肛管直肠周围脓肿应用改良手术治疗的效果确切，可有效减轻患者痛苦，减少肛瘘、肛门失禁等的发生，可降低二次手术率，加速创面愈合，提升患者生活质量，值得推广。 关键词：肛管直肠周围脓肿；改良手术；效果 【abstract】objective：to study the anorectal abscesses around application improved the effect of surgical treatment. Methods：the data from January 2014 - January 2016 hospital patients with anorectal abscesses around 80 cases，according to the method，the coin toss is divided into improved surgery group and traditional group. The traditional surgery group in the traditional incision abscess drainage surgery treatment；Improved art group applied to improve surgical treatment. Two groups of patients had wound healing time，postoperative SF - 36 patients pain，preoperative scores，incidence rate of good operation，the incidence of anal fistula，anal incontinence and secondary surgery rate were compared. Results：the improved group was obviously higher than that of traditional surgery group，procedure for anal fistula incidence，the incidence of anal incontinence and secondary surgery rate is lower than that of traditional surgery group，X2 test，P lt; 0.05 was statistically significant. Improved surgery patients healing time，pain score，SF - 36 postoperative scores are better than traditional surgery group，t test，P lt; 0.05 was statistically significant. Conclusion：around the anorectal abscesses application improved the effect of surgical treatment for precise，which can effectively relieve patients pain and reduce the occurrence of anal fistula，anal incontinence，etc，can reduce the operation rate，accelerate wound healing，improve patient quality of life，is worth promoting. 【key words】around the anorectal abscess；Improved surgery；The effect
