精品论文 参考文献 腋中线双孔法VATS肺大泡切除术治疗中青年自发性气胸的手术配合的体会 周鸿志 杨其琴 王珊 周正容 　　（四川省宜宾市第二人民医院麻醉科 四川宜宾 644000） 　　【摘要】目的 探讨腋中线双孔法VATS肺大泡切除术治疗中青年自发性气胸手术的应用价值及配合体会。方法 选30例中青年患者随机按手术方式分为腋中线双孔法实验组(n=15)和传统三孔法对照组(n=15)，疗效评价指标包括手术时间、术中出血量、术后使用杜冷丁量、术后住院日、切口总长度、切口美观程度及术后复发率。结果 两组手术时间、术后复发率及术后住院日均无显著差异(Pgt;0.05)；与对照组比较，实验组术中出血量少、术后使用杜冷丁量少、切口总长度短及切口美观程度高，且差异均具有显著意义(P﹤0.05)。结论 腋中线双孔法与传统三孔法VATS肺大泡切除术治疗中青年自发性气胸疗效相同，但腋中线双孔法术后患者疼痛更轻、切口更为美观，其创伤更为轻微。 　　【关键词】电视胸腔镜手术 肺大泡切除术 自发性气胸 手术配合 　　【中图分类号】R655.3 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-5085（2013）50-0058-02 　　Study of resection of pulmonary bullae with two-port VATS technique on the midaxillary line for spontaneous pheumthorax of young and middle-aged patients 　　ZHOU Hong-zhi, CHEN Zheng-qiong, YANG Qi-qin, WANG Shan, ZHOU Zheng-rong 　　Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery,the Second Peopleprime;s Hospital of Yibin city,Yibin 644000, Sichuan 　　【Abstract】 0bjective To investigate the effect of resection of pulmonary bullae with two-port VATS technique on the midaxillary line for spontaneous pheumthorax of young and middle-aged patients. Methods A total of 30 patients were divided into test group( two-port VATS technique on the midaxillary line n=15) and control group(traditional three-port VATS technique n=15)．The operative time，volume of operative haemorrhage， volume of postoperative dolantin ,postoperative hospital stay,total length of operative cut，aesthetic measure of operative cut and rate of recurrece were compared between the two groups．Results No significant difference existed in the operative time，rate of recurrence and postoperative hospital stay between the two groups(Pgt;0.05).
