精品论文 参考文献 腰椎副突形态的多层螺旋CT研究 丛黎 左瑞 周华亭 孔平 邢祚钦（山东省威海市中医院CT室 山东威海 264200） 【中图分类号】R681 【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085（2011）45-0158-02 【摘要】目的 研究腰椎副突在MSCT横断面与三维重建图像的形态特征，提高对腰椎副突结构的认识。方法 回顾分析80例正常成人400个椎体的薄层螺旋扫描图像，采用MPR及VR后处理，在重建图像上测量副突的四项指标。应用SPSS12.0软件处理数据。结果 腰椎副突于MSCT图像上分为五型：乳头型、三角型、舌型、残痕型及无副突结构，各型副突间各指标差异（P=0.00）有统计学意义，性别间各指标差异（P＞0.05）无统计学意义，腰椎左右侧副突间分型差异（P＞0.05）无统计学意义。结论 MSCT可以清晰全面地显示腰椎副突结构，大部分腰椎椎体均有副突结构，位置恒定，容易辨认，可为临床提供更精准的影像资料。 【关键词】多层螺旋CT 腰椎副突 横断面 三维重建 【Abstract】Objective To study the morphologic characteristics of lumbar accessory process on MSCT images of transverse plane reconstruction and 3d(three dimension)reconstruction,to improve the understanding of lumbar accessory process.Methods Original images of 400 lumbar vertebraes were retrospectively analyzed according to MPR and VR method ,measuring four parameters of accessory process on transverse plane reconstruction and 3d reconstruction images. All calcutations were performed using statistical software(SPSS version 12.0).Results Lumbar accessory process are divided into 5 types on MSCT images,mammilliform type,coniform type,liguliform type,incomplete type,none accessory process type.Differences of each parameter among type of accessory process(P=0.00) have statistic significance,differences of each parameter between men and women (P＞0.05) have no statistic significance, differences of typing of the accessory process between left side and right side of the lumbar vertebrae(P＞0.05) have no statistic significance.Conclusions Reconstruction images of MSCT can display small strcture of lnmbar clearly and fully,most lumbar vertebrae have accessory process,which have permanent location and could be easily identified,which could provide mora precise image data for clinical application of accessory process. 【Key words】Multi-slice spiral computed tomography Lumbar accessory process Transverse 3d Reconstr uction 随着MSCT在临床上的广泛应用，在时间分辨率上大为提高，在空间分辨率上得以更深的体现，原始数据的MPR、VR可以为临床提供更精细的解剖再现。 1 资料与方法
