精品论文 参考文献 舒适护理在放射性125I粒子植入术患者中的应用 潘艳华 肖芳 　　（中国人民解放军第一八一医院肿瘤科 广西桂林541002) 　　[摘要]目的 探讨舒适护理在放射性125I粒子植入术患者中的应用效果，以期为之后的护理工作提供参考。 方法 将40例放射性125I粒子植入术患者随机分为观察组20例和对照组20例。对照组采用放射性125I粒子植入术常规护理，观察组采用舒适护理，采用欧洲癌症研究和治疗组织的癌症患者生活质量问卷调查表（QLQ-C30）、医院焦虑和抑郁量表（HADS）和本院自编护理工作满意度调查表对两组患者进行评价。结果 舒适护理后2组患者的生活质量比较，差异有统计学意义（plt;0.05）。观察组的抑郁和焦虑发生率明显低于对照组（plt;0.05）,对护理工作的满意度高于对照组（plt;0.05）。结论 舒适护理可以提高放射性粒子125I植入术患者的舒适度，对护理质量的满意度和生活质量，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 125I粒子植入；肿瘤；舒适护理 　　Application of comfortable nursing in patients with 125I-seeds implantation 　　 PAN Yan-hua，Xiao Fang 　　181st Hospital Of Chinese Peoples Liberation Army ,Guilin 541000,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in patients with Iodine-125 seed implantation,in order to provide the reference work after nursing. Methods 40 patients with Iodine-125 seed implantation were divided randomly into the observation group and the control group (each had 20 cases).The control group received Iodine-125 seed implantation conventional care.The observation group was given comfortable nursing based upon conventional care.The quality of life questionnaire-core 30(QLQ-C30) by European organization for research and treatment of cancer(EORTC),hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS) and self-designed questionnaire of satisfaction degree with nursing job were adopted for evaluation of the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the life quality of patients between two groups before comfortable nursing（pgt;0.05）,but statistical difference was seen after comfortable nursing（plt;0.05).The incidence rate of depression and anxiety after the comfortable nursing in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（plt;0.05) and the satisfaction degree with nursing job was significantly higher（plt;0.05).
