精品论文 参考文献 血清LDH水平对非霍奇金淋巴瘤的预后作用初探 (1.川北医学院附属医院 2南充市中心医院重症监护室） 四川南充 637000 　　【摘要】目的: 探究血清LDH指标对非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者预后的影响。方法: 2009年8月至2011年10月期间，我院血液内科接受治疗的非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者共计125例，对患者的外周血清中LDH水平进行检测，观察不同LDH水平患者的两年生存率、五年生存率，同时对不同危险程度的非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者LDH指标进行对比。结果: 本研究125例非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者中107例患者LDH有升高，18例患者LDH指标正常。在LDH水平增高患者的两年生存率和五年生存率分别为65.42％（70/107）、29.91％（32/107），LDH指标处于正常水平的患者两年生存率和五年生存率分别为88.89％（16/18）、77.78％（14/18），LDH水平增高患者的总生存率明显低于指标正常患者，差异显著性有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；低危、中危非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者的LDH指标明显低于高危非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者，差异显著性有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论: 在非霍奇金淋巴瘤的预后评估中血清LDH指标可作为一个独立的评估指标，LDH水平越高，患者的治疗预后越差。 　　【关键词】血清LDH；非霍奇金淋巴瘤；预后 　　Serum LDH level effect on the prognosis of non-hodgkins lymphoma 　　【Abstract】Objective: To explore the effect of serum LDH index on the prognosis of non Hodgkins lymphoma. Methods: A total of 125 patients with non Hodgkins lymphoma were treated in the Department of Hematology in our hospital during August 2009 and October 2011,and their peripheral blood serum LDH level were detected, their two year survival rate and five year survival rate were observed; and LDH index of patients with different risk levels were compared。 Results: Out of the 125 cases of non Hodgkin lymphoma patients, there were107 patients with elevated LDH index, 18 patients with normal LDH index. Two year survival rate and five year survival rates were 65.42% (70/107) and 29.91% (32/107) in the patients with elevated LDH levels, it were 88.89% (16/18) and 77.78% (14/18) respectively in the patients with normal LDH levels, The overall survival rate of patients with elevated LDH levels was significantly lower than that of normal patients (P lt; 0.05); Low, moderate-risk patientsrsquo; LDH level was significantly lower than that of high-risk non Hodgkin lymphoma patients (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: In the prognosis of non Hodgkins lymphoma, the serum LDH index can be used as an independent evaluation index, the higher the LDH level, the worse the prognosis of patients. 　　【 Key words 】 Serum LDH; Non-hodgkins lymphoma.
