精品论文 参考文献 超声在妇科肿瘤术后并发症中的应用观察 任丽娟 刘芳 李彦婷 强军涛 李新 孔延亮 　　（陕西省铜川市人民医院超声科 陕西 铜川 727000） 　　【摘 要】目的：探究在妇科肿瘤术后并发症中超声的应用价值。方法：选取我院在2013年4月至2015年4月期间收治的盆腔淋巴囊肿患者20例，共39个囊肿，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析，总结在妇科肿瘤术后并发症中应用超声的诊断价值。结果：在39个囊肿中囊壁显示清晰的囊肿15个，囊壁薄，且有光滑的内壁，并呈现出线状强回声突起的状态；有24个囊壁显示不清晰的囊肿，囊壁呈现薄厚不均匀的状态，且内壁粗糙，呈现出部分带状分隔的状态。结论：超声可将淋巴囊肿的形态特征清晰的显现出来，与患者的病史相结合，对于诊断淋巴囊肿具有较好的应用价值，值得推广应用。 　　【关键词】妇科肿瘤术；超声；并发症；淋巴囊肿 　　【中图分类号】R828.3 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1003-5028（2015）8-0650-01 　　Application of ultrasound in gynecological 　　tumor postoperative complications 　　Renlijuan , Liufang, Liyanting， Qiangjuntao ，lixin, Kong yanliang 　　(Department of Bchao, People，s Hospital , Tongchuan 727000; ) 　　【Abstract】Objective: to explore the application of ultrasound in gynecological tumor postoperative complications. Selection methods: our hospital in April 2013 to April 2015 were 20 cases of patients with pelvic lymphocele, a total of 39 cyst and its clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and summarized in gynecological tumor applied to assess the diagnostic value of ultrasound in the postoperative complications.Results: the capsule in 39 cyst wall showed clear cyst 15, cystic wall thin, and has a smooth inner wall, and present a linear strong echo protrusions state; Has 24 capsule wall display not clear cyst, cystic wall show its thickness uneven state, and the wall roughness, present a separate state of part of the strip. Conclusion: the morphological characteristics of ultrasonic lymph cyst can be clearly shown, combined with the patients medical history, lymph cyst has good application value to the diagnosis, is worthy of popularization and application. 　　【key words】 gynecological tumor surgery; Ultrasound; Complications; Lymphatic cyst 　　近些年来，随着妇科肿瘤发病率的逐年上升，女性的健康问题也成为社会关注的焦点问题，妇科恶性肿瘤是妇女健康的第一杀手，其中宫颈癌比较常见，而在手术治疗中由于其创伤性大，因此，在术后会造成盆腔创面的淋巴液和渗液产生回流现象，最终导致盆腔淋巴囊肿形成[1]。另外，在其他妇科肿瘤手术后也有此类情况发生。虽然在手术过程中给予防治措施，然而也无法防止发生盆腔淋巴囊肿。而一般会在复查中发现有下肢肿胀等临床症状出现，而其诊断主要通过超声进行。为探究超声的诊断应用价值，本文选取我院在2013年4月至2015年4月期间收治的盆腔淋巴囊肿患者20例作
