精品论文 参考文献 超敏肌钙蛋白I检测在小儿心肌炎诊断中的临床意义 河南省开封市儿童医院 摘要：目的：探讨超敏肌钙蛋白I检测在小儿心肌炎诊断中的临床意义。方法：对我院心内科收治的疑似心肌炎的患儿从入院1小时内，及其入院后的4、8、12、24小时进行超敏肌钙蛋白I（TropI）和普通肌钙蛋白I（cTnI）检测。并对二者检测结果进行统计分析。结果：在检测的1000例标本中，入院1小时内超敏肌钙蛋白检测出的阳性标本为48例，普通肌钙蛋白I检测出的阳性标本为26例；在入院4小时后超敏肌钙蛋白I检测出的阳性标本为189例，普通肌钙蛋白I检测出的阳性标本为117例；入院8小时后超敏肌钙蛋白I检测出的阳性标本为257例，普通肌钙蛋白I检测出的阳性标本为246例；入院12小时后超敏肌钙蛋白I检测出的阳性标本为349例，普通肌钙蛋白I检测出的阳性标本为342例；入院24小时后超敏肌钙蛋白I检测出的阳性标本为381例，普通肌钙蛋白I检测出的阳性标本为381例。从不同时间段阳性标本的检出情况来看，在入院1小时内和入院4小时后超敏肌钙蛋白I和普通肌钙肌白I阳性标本检出数上差异显著（Plt;0.05）；而入院8小时后检出的样性标本二者无显著差异（Pgt;0.05）。结论：超敏肌钙蛋白I检测在小儿心肌炎的早期诊断中有一定的临床意义。 关键词：超敏肌钙蛋白I；小儿心肌炎 【Abstract】Objective To investigate clinical significance of high-sensitivity I in diagnosis of myocarditis in children.Methods High-sensitivity troponin I and normal tropnin I assays were tested to the Department of cardiology in our hospital were suspected myocarditis patients from admission one hours and after admission 4，8，12，24 hours.Then the two were statistically analyzed.Results In the 1000 test specimens.The positive samples detected by high-sensitivity troponin I in 48 cases and the positive samples detected by normal tropnin I in 26 cases in the hospital one hours.Then in the hospital four hours the positive sample detected by high-sensitivity troponin I in 189 cases and by normal tropnin I in 117 cases.Then in the hospital four eight hours the positive sample were 257 cases by high-sensitivity troponin I and by normal tropnin I were 246 cases.then in the hospital 12 hours the positive sample were 349 cases by high-sensitivity troponin I and by normal tropnin I were 342 cases.then in the hospital 24 hours the positive sample were 381 by high-sensitivity troponin I and by normal troponin I were 381 cases.From the analysis of the detection of positive samples in different time the positive samples were significant difference in quantity in high-sensitivity tropnin I and normal tropnin I in the hospital one hours and four hours（Plt;0.05），But there were no significant difference
