精品论文 参考文献 颅内动脉瘤血管内治疗后的ICU护理要点探讨 刘小华 　　陕西省延安市人民医院神经外科ICU 716000 　　【摘 要】目的：探讨颅内动脉瘤血管内治疗的ICU护理要点，以改善颅内动脉瘤患者的临床治疗效果和预后。方法：选取在我院接受血管内治疗的58例颅内动脉瘤患者参与本次研究，将58例研究对象平均分成干预组和常规组。行血管内治疗后，对常规组患者实施ICU常规护理，对干预组患者实施ICU干预护理，比较两组患者治疗后的并发症情况、患者家属的护理满意度以及两组患者护理前后的生活质量。结果：血管内治疗后干预组的并发症发生率明显低于常规组（Plt;0.05），家属的护理满意度明显高于常规组家属（Plt;0.05），生活质量明显优于常规组（Plt;0.05）。结论：对接受血管内治疗后入住ICU的颅内动脉瘤患者实施ICU干预护理，可有效降低血管内治疗后的并发症发???率，提高患者家属满意度，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】颅内动脉瘤；血管内治疗；ICU；护理要点；并发症；生活质量 　　【中图分类号】R47 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1674-8999（2015）9-0592-02 　　Discussion on the key points of ICU 　　nursing in endovascular treatment of intracranial aneurysms 　　Liu Xiaohua 　　Department of Neurosurgery Yanan Peoples Hospital of Shaanxi province ICU zip code 716000 　　 　　【Abstract】Objective: To explore the clinical treatment effect and prognosis of intracranial aneurysms in patients with ICU. Methods: 58 cases of intracranial aneurysms were selected in our hospital, and the patients were divided into intervention group and conventional group by 58 cases. Intravascular after treatment, the patients in the conventional group implementation of routine nursing care in ICU, ICU nursing intervention to the patients in the intervention group, nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups after treatment in patients with complications, the patient family member and two groups of patients before and after nursing quality of life. Results: endovascular treatment after intervention group, the complication rate was significantly lower than the normal group (P lt; 0.05), family nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of relatives in the conventional group (P lt; 0.05), quality of life was better than that of routine group (P lt; 0.05).
