精品论文 参考文献 颅内动脉瘤诊断中CTA成像技术的应用效果 1桂林医学院附属医院放射科 广西桂林541001 2 桂林医学院附属医院神经外科 广西桂林541001 [摘要]目的：分析三维CT血管造影(CTA)成像技术在颅内动脉瘤诊断中的应用效果。方法：回顾性分析我院于2013年1月～2015年11月期间，术后确诊的43例颅内动脉瘤患者的临床资料，所有患者均进行CTA及数字减影血管造影(DSA) 检查，对比两种检查方法对颅内动脉瘤的诊断效果，并分析CTA对颅内动脉瘤病灶的显示情况。结果：与最终诊断对比，CTA对颅内动脉瘤的诊断准确性为93.33%、敏感性为96.55%、阳性预测值为96.55%；DSA对颅内动脉瘤的诊断准确性为94.82%、敏感性为100.00%、阳性预测值为94.82%；两组数据无显著性差异(P＞0.05)；CTA对动脉瘤瘤体、瘤颈的显示效果优，可便捷地多角度观察动脉瘤的三维立体结构，清晰显示载瘤动脉及术区解剖结构。结论：CTA对颅内动脉瘤的临床诊断价值与DSA相当，与手术诊断符合率高，对颅内动脉瘤病灶的显示效果优，且检查方便快捷、安全无创、费用低，可作为颅内动脉瘤首选检查诊断方法。 关键词：颅内动脉瘤；三维CT血管造影(CTA)；数字减影血管造影(DSA) 【中图分类号】R445【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1001-5213(2016)08-0243-02 Application effect of CTA imaging in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms Liang yongchao1, Yi feixun1,Zheng huaping2 (1Department of Radiology , Affiliated Hospital of Gui lin Medical University, Guilin Guangxi ,China 541001 2Department of Neurosurgery, Affiliated Hospital of Gui lin Medical University, Guilin Guangxi ,China 541001.) [Abstract] Objective: Study the application of CTA imaging techniques in diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms.
