精品论文 参考文献 风险管理在门诊输液室护理管理中的应用 济南市中心医院 济南 250033 摘要：目的：探讨风险管理在门诊输液室护理管理中的应用。方法：选取门诊室2015年1月到2016年1月所收治的60例患者为本次研究的对象。将患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各有患者30例。为对照组患者提供常规的门诊输液护理管理，对观察组进行门诊输液护理的风险管理护理。比较观察两组患者的满意度和情绪变化情况。结果：观察组实行门诊输液室风险管理以来，输液室产生的患者投诉护理差错、患者焦虑情绪缓解等较之对照组，都有着较为明显的大幅度减少，患者对护理工作的满意度越来越高。组间治疗效果比较具有明显差异，P＜0.05。结论：在对门诊输液室进行护理管理时，风险管理的护理管理办法，能够有效的增强护理人员的风险识别和处理能力，能够有效减少因为护理差错导致医患关系紧张的情况的出现，获得非常理想的护理风险管理效果，值得在门诊输液室护理管理上大力推广。 关键词：风险管理；门诊输液室；应用效果 Abstract：objective：To explore the application of risk management in the outpatient transfusion room nursing management.Methods：Select examination roomIn January 2015 to January 201660 patients were treated by object for this study.Patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group，Each group has 30 cases of patients.Provide control patients with conventional outpatient transfusion nursing management，The observation group outpatient transfusion nursing risk management.Comparative observation of two groups of patients satisfaction and mood changes.Results：Observation group implements the outpatient transfusion room since the risk managementTransfusion room of patient complaints nursing error，Patients with anxiety ease compared with control group，Has a more obvious are greatly reduced，Patients to nursing job satisfaction is higher and higher.Treatment effect comparison has obvious differences between groups，P lt; 0.05。Conclusion：In the outpatient transfusion room nursing management，The risk management of nursing management approach，Can effectively increase the risk of nursing staff recognition and processing power，Can effectively reduce nursing error led to the emergence of the doctor-patient relationship tense situation，To obtain ideal effect of nursing risk management，Worth promoting nursing management in the outpatient transfusion room.
