精品论文 参考文献 高血压前期疾病负担及药物治疗的成本效果分析李树颖 首都医科大学附属北京康复医院药剂科 北京 100144 【摘要】目的：分析高血压前期疾病负担及药物治疗的成本效果。方法：采用Markov模型对风险存在模型和无风险模型两种状态进行比较，分析高血压和高血压前期对寿命年的影响；采用趋势外推法预测年龄结构变化对患病率的影响；选取320例高血压患者并随机分为4组各80例，分别采取氨氯地平、美托洛尔控释片、依那普利和厄贝沙坦进行治疗，并对药物治疗的成本效果进行分析。结果：高血压造成男性和女性期望寿命年减少分别达2.16-5.21年和0.84-1.93年，高血压前期为0.54-2.14年和0.26-0.86年；高血压前期造成男性和女性质量调整寿命年分别减少0.41-2.26个和0.17-1.41个；美托洛尔组较其它3组比较，总有效率最低（P＜0.05）；厄贝沙坦组的成本-效果比最优。结论：高血压前期人群予以非药物治疗，高危人群予以药物治疗可获得较高的成本效果；经过药物经济学分析为高血压患者药物的选用进行分析，具有降低疾病负担的重要意义。 【关键词】高血压前期；疾病负担；成本效果 【中图分类号】R581.1【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1001-5213(2016)09-0030-02 Prehypertension burden of disease and medication cost effect analysis [Abstract] Objective: to analyze the cost effectiveness of the disease burden and drug treatment in the early stage of hypertension.
