Research on the development trend of the two will promote the targeted strategies to promote the development of foreign trade in China. In the 13 th FiveYear period, China puts forward The Belt and RoacT initiative, which has laid a solid foundation for the development of foreign trade. By reviewing the process of industrial structure change in China, this paper discusses the coupling relationship between China’s foreign trade market structure and industrial structure change, and analyze the new development trend of China’s foreign trade market structure:the international market structure adjustment, the foreign trade diversification; the economic trend of developed countries diverge so as China’s foreign trade differentiation; emerging economies are slowed, China’s trade with emerging countries has decl ined. Under the ’’the Belt and One RoacT initiative, China has improve close economic and trade relations with neighboring countries; the establishment of free trade zone promotes the optimization of foreign trade structure.
