我国主要财经类高校金融实验班人才培 养模式探究 张超许岑甘梦群 安徽财经大学金融学院 金融实验班是我国财经类高等院校对拔尖创新型人才培养模式的探索棊地，是 构建拔尖创新人才培养体系的试验田，也是推动未来经济发展的金融人才储备 站。文章从我国高校金融实验班的建设历程和办学经验入手，指出其共同特点、 发展趋势和彼此差异，分析现阶段金融实验班培养模式普遍存在定位与既定培 养0标相冲突、实际教学内容和培养国际视野的B标相脱节、跨学科思维和拔尖 专业水平的目标相矛盾以及单一化考评制度与多样化培养目标相错位等问题， 并针对上述问题，提出合理定位、加强国际交流合作、优化课程体系、完善考评 机制等建议。 关键词： 财经类高校;金融实验班;人才培养模式;踏孚科发展;国际化; 基金：安徽省2014年省级质量工程教学研究项目《财经类高校“金融实验班” 培养机制创新研宄》(2014jyxml52) Research on the Cultivation of Experimental and Financial Class in Chinese Universities of Finance Economics ZHANG Chao Xu Cen GAN Meng-qun Abstract： Experimental and financial class in Chinese universities of finance economics is one testing ground for talents training in undergraduate education in China and also a reservation station of financial elites of future economic activity. This paper takes Chinese experimental and financial classes in twenty four universities as study subjects, studies the construction processes and school effectiveness, analyzes the common characters, the trend of their development and difference between each other. This research points out that the conflicts of positioning and established targets of cultivation, the split of curriculum and the goal of training larger world views, the collision of interdisciplinary way of thinking and unitary assessment systems are the problems in now experimental and financial class in universities to be settled. The writer also provides solutions to the problems mentioned above: accurate positioning, strengthening international communication and cooperation, optimizing the system of curriculum, consummating evaluating institution.
