. 公司资助员工学习培训程序 Procedures for Employee Training Supported by Company 员工学习培训作为人才发展计划的必要措施,应该有组织、有计划的进行,为规范员工培训特制定本管理程序。 Employee training is a necessary measure for elites development plan. It should be well organized and planned. So we make this procedure for managing employee training. 一.继续教育资助政策 Bachelor and Above Degree Education Program 目的: Purpose 鼓励员工通过继续教育,获得并发展知识,技能和能力提高为实现公司目标做贡献的能力 Encourage employees to gain and develop knowledge, working skills and enhance their abilities through continuous education to be dedicated to realizing ccompany target. 适用范围: (具备以下条件) Conditions A.员工表现优秀 The employee with excellent performance that has been put in the potential list and the company has a further plan to him or her. 正式员工并在公司服务满1年,且在业绩评估中被评为超出工作要求至少是达到工作要求的员工. The regular employees who have served company for one year and have at least reached or exceeded the standards in employee performance and management evaluation. 知识层面的提高,公司认为是高潜力员工并对未来发展有进一步的计划,需要知识层面的提高. Knowledge broadening: employees are considered high potential employees and are included in company future development plan. D. 有培训预算 The business unit should have such training budget for the employees. 3.批准程序 Approval Procedure A.员工本人申请硕士以上学位教育培训,由业务主管, 总经理批准后,递交给人力资源部备存 The bachelor or above degree education programs that employees apply for or business unit arrange for should be approved by immediate supervisor, general manager, and also should be kept record by HR Dept. B. 员工已经自行选择学校并开始学习,原则上公司不再批准资助. The employees who have selected the institute personally and have been attending the classes already will not be sponsored by company in principle. C.批准人应确认员工申请的课程是否与公司的业务或工作有关. Approvers should affirm whether the education programs employees apply for are relevant with company business or work. D.批准人应确认员工申请课程和学校 符合公司政策及是否具备申请资格. Approvers should affirm whether the education programs and schools are up to company policies and qualifications. 4.学校选择 Institute Selecti
