With China’s peaceful rise to Great Power Status, China shares weal and woe with the whole world more and more, participates the world system more deeply. And also, her extension of political and economic interests is broadening. At the same time, the contradictions in the Middle East is becoming more complicated, parts of the area full of turbulence and unrest, although, it is still the ultimate goal of each country to develop the national economy. The Arab World is entering the key period of political and social transition and confronted with huge reform pressure from internal society as well as from U.S. Under the new circumstances, the U.S. element and the trend of development of the Middle East situation have special significances in China’s neighboring strategic circumstances, overall security situation, Sino-Arab relations, and China’s existing and long-term interests in the Middle East. Therefore, we must pay close attention to the Sino-Arab relations with the developing view in acco
