AbstractManagement made the most significant contribution to labor productivity in manufacturing as much as 50 times in the 20th century, while in the 21st century, the enterprise knowledge-based employees are the organizations most valuable assets, thereby increasing the productivity of the enterprise knowledge-based employees is a major challenge in the 21st century. According to the real statistics from human resource practitioners in Beijing, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Shanghai: the machinery manufacturing industry accounted for 48.88% after 80 employees; the real estate industry after 80 employees accounted for 20.82% as much; the IT industry accounted for 42.46% after 80 employees. Three different industries reflect the common characteristics of todays employees age: 80 general accounted for nearly forty percent, more than half of high and some companies even accounted for nearly 90 percent, more knowledge-based industries, the younger the workers. Thus, knowledge-based employees after 80s have become the new force of socialist construction. Improving their job involvement, has an important role for the survival and development of enterprise.The object of the study is knowledge-based employees after 80s, to explore the impact of work values on job involvement. First comb the previous theoretical research, proposed research hypotheses; and then, through a questionnaire survey to collect relevant data, and the use of statistical analysis of data to obtain demographic statistical variables and work values of each dimension to job involvement ; Finally, the study proposed measures to improve job involvement.In this study, the following conclusions:(1)The job involvement level of have significant differences on the part of the demographic statistical variables.(2) Self-growth orientation, self-fulfillment orientation, dignity orientation, social interaction orientation, organizational security and economic orientation, leisure and health and traffic orientation of work
