关于骨科高龄患者围术期的护理 【摘要】目的探讨高龄骨科患者围手术期的护理。方法 收集我科2008 年3 月~2011 年12 月60 例75 岁以上高龄患者进行术前、术后护理。结果 经过术 前、术后对患者知识宣传，术前消除紧张情绪，术后恢复期做好患肢功能锻炼， 积极配合手术治疗、护理。结论 做好高龄骨科病人围手术期护理是保证手术成 功的关键，不仅可以减少并发症发生，还有效提高护理质量，对患者早日康复 有着重要的意义。 【关键词】高龄患者 围手术期 护理 【Abstract】 Aim to discuss Perioperative nursing of elderly orthopedic patients.
