本科毕业论文 （20 届） 小学语文教师儿童文学素养调查与思考 所在学院 专业班级 小学教育 学生姓名 学号 指导教师 职称 完成日期 年 月 摘　要 【摘要】伴随着语文课程改革深入，社会对教师的专业发展提出了全新的要求。尤其是当儿童文学作品大量选入新编语文教材中，这更需要小学语文教师具备相应的儿童文学素养，在儿童与儿童文学之间架起一座桥梁，使学生在儿童文学的熏陶感染中获得全面发展。但事与愿违，调查表明，目前我国小学语文教师的儿童文学素养普遍不高。教师缺乏对儿童阅读的指导技能，缺乏对儿童教学的全新理念，缺乏对儿童心理的理性了解。根据这一问题，笔者试图从儿童文学素养的理论认识，教师儿童文学素养现状分析，儿童文学素养缺失原因探析和提高儿童文学素养的对策与途径四个方面进行理论与实践的探索，以期为当前的语文教育改革提供一点帮助。 【关键词】儿童文学；儿童文学素养；小学语文教师；小学语文教育。 Abstract 【ABSTRACT】With the Chinese curriculum reform, society to teacher professional development put forward new requirements. Especially when childrens literature in the new language teaching material of selected, it need more primary language teachers have the corresponding childrens literature literacy, on children and childrens literature, make the bridge between the edification of the students in the childrens literature get all-round development. But counterproductive, survey shows that, at present, Chinas primary school Chinese teachers childrens literature literacy are generally not high. Teachers lack of children guidance skills, lack of childrens teaching new ideas, lack of childrens psychological rational understanding.
