本科毕业论文 （20 届） 一位优秀小学英语教师的专业成长路径个案研究 所在学院 专业班级 小学教育 学生姓名 学号 指导教师 职称 完成日期 年 月 摘　要 【摘要】优秀教师是优质教育的保证。因此，通过对优秀教师专业成长路径进行分析、研究，可以起到一个专业引领的作用，可以促进更多教师的专业成长。从优秀小学英语教师的个别案例入手，挖掘其成长的关键事件，分析影响其专业成长的内外主要因素，总结促进小学英语教师专业成长的途径，从而为小学英语教师的成长提供借鉴和指导。本研究分为四个部分。第一部分，介绍了问题的提出和研究的价值与意义，对已有的相关文献进行了梳理，并介绍了研究的思路和方法。第二部分，对小学优秀英语教师的专业成长历程进行了探究。本部分采取叙事的方式，叙述了Z老师的专业成长经历，从课堂教学和班级管理两个方面对她的成长现状进行了描述。第三部分，总结了Z老师的特质，对小学优秀英语教师的专业成长从成长阶段、影响因素、成长途径三个方面进行了分析。最后一个部分，总结了这次研究所带来的启示。 【关键词】优秀教师；专业成长；个案研究；质的研究 Abstract 【ABSTRACT】Excellent teacher is the sole of high quality education. More teachers can be facilitated for their professional development by analysing and studying the professional development of individual excellent teachers.This study focuses on the professional development of individual excellent primary school English teachers, seeks the key incidences in the course of her professional development, analyses factors influenceing her professional development, and summarize the approaches that can improve her professional development so as to provide reference and guidance for more primary school English teachers. This study is composed of four sections. In the first section, it sets up the question, introduces the significance of this research, reviews the literatures and introduces the research process. In the second section, it explores the course of professional development of excellent primary school English teachers. It narrates the professional development of Mrs.Z, both from classroom instruction and class management. The the third section, the characteristic of Mrs.Z are summarized. The course of her professional development is analysed from three aspects including development stage, influencing factors and development approaches.
